This free reference directory, updated annually, gives you address, email and telephone information for other TAG members. It also includes information on how other members are using their network and ATMs. This allows you to contact members well versed in a particular area, such as static or motion screen advertising, so you can continue to enhance and grow your services. TAG Membership Informational Conference Call
Periodically, TAG, along with our friends at Diebold, is sponsoring informational conference calls on current topics that affect our industry. In order to participate in these free calls, you will need to call the TAG Hotline to register. To maximize effectiveness, the number of participants will be limited. TAG Escalation Procedures
As a TAG member, you gain access to escalation procedures that can help you resolve issues not satisfactorily resolved at the local level. This service is easy to use and provides Diebold the means to focus on the issue and coordinate resources necessary to bring about timely resolution.
Diebold TAG Technical Assistance Hotline
Access to this hotline will help keep your ATMs running at peak efficiency. Hotline representatives can assist you with:
- Status byte/error code interpretations
- Field Change Order (FCO) information
- General operational consultation on clearing bill jams, replacing paper and clearing money-in-drawer faults
- Helping to identify whether problems are machine or network related.
